The American Tourister Jetdriver is reinforced with strong polypropylene making it a robust and durable travel case. The Jetdriver is the newest in the collection which comes with a contemporary, playful and dynamic design. This stunning luggage is made from 100% polypropylene, ensuring the suitcase has durability throughout each of its trips. The Jetdriver is practical, and pragmatic based off its features such as the 3-digit TSA lock, zipped lined dividers and elastic cross-ribbons in the bottom compartment. The single wheels provide a smooth rolling comfort and further stability, whilst the fixed 3-digit TSA lock provides additional security.

Delivery

At TotalSeven, prompt delivery is essential for customer satisfaction. Our goal is to ship all orders placed on a working day before 12pm (Monday – Friday) on the same day. Orders received after 12pm on a Friday will be shipped on the next working day, excluding public holidays.

Returns

Unwanted Goods

If your goods are no longer wanted, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please ensure the goods are unopened are returned in their original packaging. The cost you will incur is the postage cost for the return of the item and the original postage cost for sending the item out. Please contact us for return instructions.

Wrong / Faulty / Damaged Goods

We aim to maintain high quality products, however if you do receive a product that is wrong, faulty or damaged please contact us for return instructions. Products will be replaced or refunded once received. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging.

Items ordered in error

If an order is placed in error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will happily exchange the product for the correct product and refund the difference where applicable. Please note you may incur additional shipping costs in some circumstances.

Order Cancellation

If you have placed an order by mistake or wish to cancel the order, we require you to contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been prepared for shipment. You may incur a postage cost for the return of the item and the original postage cost for sending the item out.

When you place an order, it is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct. We only ship to the registered address on your eBay account, please make sure the address is correct prior to ordering. If the shipping address provided is missing key details such as the house number or street name, we are unable to process a refund or replace your order.
