Individually mouth-blown from heat-resistant borosilicate glass, our double wall glasses have a thermal quality that keeps hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. There’s a silicone vent at the base of the glass that equalises the air pressure between the two glass layers when hot or cold liquids are added.

That means no more burnt fingers from picking up a hot cup of coffee, and no messy condensation so no need for coasters. Lightweight and comfortable to hold, these trusty tumblers offer countless serving possibilities, from coffee, tea and hot chocolate to cold brew, soda and cocktails. Use & Care

Wash in warm, soapy water before first use and dry thoroughly. For all subsequent uses, wash and dry by hand or pop in the dishwasher. PAVINA double wall glasses are safe to use in the freezer, oven and microwave.

Delivery

At TotalSeven, prompt delivery is essential for customer satisfaction. Our goal is to ship all orders placed on a working day before 12pm (Monday – Friday) on the same day. Orders received after 12pm on a Friday will be shipped on the next working day, excluding public holidays.

Returns

Unwanted Goods

If your goods are no longer wanted, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please ensure the goods are unopened are returned in their original packaging. The cost you will incur is the postage cost for the return of the item and the original postage cost for sending the item out. Please contact us for return instructions.

Wrong / Faulty / Damaged Goods

We aim to maintain high quality products, however if you do receive a product that is wrong, faulty or damaged please contact us for return instructions. Products will be replaced or refunded once received. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging.

Items ordered in error

If an order is placed in error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will happily exchange the product for the correct product and refund the difference where applicable. Please note you may incur additional shipping costs in some circumstances.

Order Cancellation

If you have placed an order by mistake or wish to cancel the order, we require you to contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been prepared for shipment. You may incur a postage cost for the return of the item and the original postage cost for sending the item out.

Incorrect Address

When you place an order, it is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct. We only ship to the registered address on your eBay account, please make sure the address is correct prior to ordering. If the shipping address provided is missing key details such as the house number or street name, we are unable to process a refund or replace your order. Please ensure you check your address carefully before confirming your order.
