Improve your outdoor living space with the 12ft x 12ft (3.67 x 3.67m) Charleston solarium. This extension to your home will provide the needed space to gather all of your loved ones for an evening of dining and relaxation or it can also be used as the ideal shelter for your hot tub (not included). The Charleston boasts a solid powder-coated aluminium frame with elegant and durable galvanised steel roof. It includes a set of insect netting, for every wall, made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC)-coated polyester mesh, which is extremely durable and reduces wind and sun exposure, while providing an additional level of privacy. All windows and screens can be removed from the structure.The Charleston will provide years of protection from the elements.

 

The anchoring base features brackets with pre-drilled holes, allowing the possibility to easily anchor your solarium to a base of your choice. There are two sliding doors which can be installed on any wall of your choice, as long as, there is an adjacent wall capable of receiving the horizontal sliding door. The doors have an easy to use secure door latch located at the middle of each door frame. There are hooks on the inside of the roof, which can hang a heating lamp or a light which does not exceed 6.8 kg (not included). The Charleston gazebo with the galvanised steel roof is magnificent all on its own. The galvanised steel is coated in a layer of zinc for added protection against the seasons, making this gazebo perfect for any outdoor space.
