Refund Policy

TotalSeven offers refunds and exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are processed after inspection, with credit applied to your original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable and borne by the customer, except for faulty items (up to 30 days), where TotalSeven covers return shipping. Faulty goods must include all original items and may require a manufacturer fault reference to avoid handling fees. Contact sales@totalseven.com for assistance. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Payment

You can pay for your order by Visa, MasterCard, Delta/Connect, Amazon Pay. We will take all reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we will not be liable for any losses if an unauthorised third party obtains access to your information.

If billing and delivery addresses are not the same, we may require photo ID & the payment card.

All prices quoted on our Website include VAT.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We can only guarantee availability while stocks last. If the goods ordered are unavailable, we will contact you with suggestions of goods of equivalent quality and wherever possible a similar price. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. Please allow enough time for your items to be delivered before you organise installation as we cannot be held responsible for out of pocket expenses resulting from delays in delivery.

Shipping Policy

TotalSeven delivers small, medium, and 1-man large items to the UK and Europe, and 2-man large items to the UK and Ireland only, with no shipping to other countries. Most in-stock items ship within 14 working days, though delays may occur for out-of-stock products, with customers notified of issues or alternatives. Delivery covers ground floor only; special requests (e.g., flats) may incur extra charges. Missed deliveries may also incur re-delivery fees. For European orders outside mainland UK, customers arrange and pay for couriers directly or collect from TotalSeven’s UK premises, bearing all risks, taxes, and duties once goods are available. Export compliance is the customer’s responsibility, with disputes governed by English courts.
